McWhinney Real Estate Services, Inc. (together with our affiliates, “McWhinney,” “we,” “us”) is sensitive to the confidentiality of your personal information and has created this Privacy Policy in order to demonstrate McWhinney’s commitment to your privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to all information you provide to McWhinney, or McWhinney obtains from you, through all McWhinney-owned websites and domains that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Site”). By using the Site, you consent to and accept this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy, do not use the Site.

Information Collection. The Site offers ways for you to communicate with us, and we may directly collect certain personal information from you. To get on our interest list, you will be asked to provide your name and email address, although you may optionally provide additional information, such as your phone number, street address, city, state, builder interests, and moving timelines. You may also choose to sign up for further communications or newsletters from us.

Additionally, as visitors browse the Site, McWhinney collects information about the visit. For example, via web server logs and browser cookie files, McWhinney monitors statistics such as the number of visitors we have to our Site, which pages are visited, the browsers our visitors use, the domains our visitors come from, and mobile device identifiers.

McWhinney’s Use and Disclosure of Information. Privacy Policy for Children. The Site is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13 on the Site. If you are under the age of 13, please do not provide any personal information to us. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 13, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to delete such information from our database.

Changes to our Privacy Policy. McWhinney reserves the right to revise this Privacy Policy at any time by updating this posting. Data Transfers. McWhinney is based in the State of Colorado in the United States.
