Villages & Districts

Baseline’s residential villages and commercial districts are designed to provide a finer grain of community and a more urban sensibility.

A meaningful mix

Great places to live have two things in common: inspired public spaces that create a sense of identity and friendly people who create a sense of community. Baseline’s villages and districts will combine for a healthy mix of both. It began with West Village’s offering of contemporary new homes anchored by two great neighborhood parks. Baseline’s second residential enclave, Parkside West, adds to the tapestry of choices with a variety of new homes and two new parks. Baseline’s commercial districts, Industry (leasing flex/creative space) and Center Street (future), are envisioned as places to collaborate, innovate, eat, drink, shop and celebrate.

West Village

West Village started something beautiful with a variety of lower-maintenance new homes, oriented around The Basin and Checker Square parks, and linked by trails to regional open land and all the good things still to come. Single-family, rowhomes, townhomes and paired homes for sale and apartment homes for lease are lovingly crafted to take advantage of Colorado’s sunny weather and enviable quality of life.

Parkside West,
Now Selling

Baseline’s second village is named for its adjacency to the Parklands, Baseline’s future central green space. As well as three neighborhood parks and pollinator-friendly gardenways that make getting around easier and prettier. Berkeley Homes is now selling single-family homes with two models open to tour. And soon, more builders and more homes will be available, including built-for-rent townhomes. Parkside West is also right next door to the future Center Street district, putting the heart of Baseline just a short walk away.

Center Street District

An artful urban vibe meets small-town friendliness and walkability in the heart of Baseline, Center Street’s services, specialty shops and restaurants are sure to become convenient daily haunts for residents, while offices and entertainment – including the Butterfly Pavilion, coming in 2025 in its future new home – will attract regional interest. At the heart of Center Street, a public square will serve as a venue for celebrations large and small. The plan also calls for a mix of stylish urban residences as well, including multi-family and townhomes. And soon we will announce more about the community’s first dining, entertainment and social gathering spot, coming to Center Street District.

Our builder partners.

The refreshing mix of new homes in Baseline are all thanks to the refreshing mix of homebuilders. They’re bringing Baseline to life with urban-style single-family, rowhomes, and townhomes for sale, blending contemporary style with energy-efficient, low-maintenance design, and features that blur the line between indoor and outdoor spaces.

Coffee, craft beer, culinary
delights and entertainment

Center Street’s first official place to go will be a gathering place for the community. Part coffee shop, part beer garden, part co-working space and an outdoor event space, this will be a favorite spot among Baseline’s residents and the community. It will also serve as the first stop in the search for a new home for all those aspiring to become Baseline residents.
