Villages & Districts

Baseline’s residential villages and commercial districts are designed to provide a finer grain of community and a more urban sensibility.

A meaningful mix

Great places to live have two things in common: inspired public spaces that create a sense of identity and friendly people who create a sense of community. Baseline’s villages and districts provide a healthy mix of both. Two great parks in West Village bring neighbors together daily. Baseline’s second residential enclave, Parkside West, adds to the tapestry of experiences with three neighborhood parks and access to the Parklands along Preble Creek. Meanwhile, Baseline’s Innovation District (now leasing) and Center Street district (future), are designed as places collaborate, innovate, eat, drink, shop and celebrate.

Parkside West,
Now Selling

Baseline’s second village is named for its adjacency to the Parklands, Baseline’s future central green space. With three neighborhood parks and pollinator-friendly gardenways that make getting around easier and prettier. You can find single-family homes by Berkeley Homes and Boulder Creek Neighborhoods with four models open to tour. If townhomes are more your style, Dream Finders Homes offers two floorplans to choose from with two model homes to tour. And if you’re not quite ready to buy yet, Finley has built-for-rent townhomes available for lease. Parkside West is also right next door to the future Center Street district, putting the heart of Baseline just a short walk away.

West Village,
Sold Out

West Village started something beautiful with The Basin and Checker Square parks, offering places for our first residents to meet and get to know each other. Many of our first celebrations were held in these parks. As Baseline grows, a trail network grows with it, connecting West Village to our other parks, community destinations, regional open lands … and all the good things still to come.

Center Street District

An artful urban vibe meets small-town friendliness and walkability in the heart of Baseline, Center Street’s services, specialty shops and restaurants are sure to become convenient daily haunts for residents, while offices and entertainment  will attract regional interest. At the heart of Center Street, a public square will serve as a venue for celebrations large and small. The plan also calls for a mix of stylish urban residences as well, including multi-family. And soon we will announce more about what’s coming.
