Realtor Picnic & Home Tour

On the downslope of summer and with fall coming round the corner, it’s time to celebrate the great outdoors and indoors of Baseline. And it’s time to celebrate you and all our Realtor friends who are helping bring Baseline to life. So let’s get together for a picnic and model home tour, with plenty of sunshine, fresh air, good food, great homes and some very nice prizes.

P.S. This picnic is a special event for the Realtor community. But feel free to bring a client as a plus-one.

Start at the welcome tent

We’ll be set up in the Checker Square park, where you’ll pick up a goodie bag, grab lunch at two local favorite food trucks, hop on a shuttle and head over to the models in our West Village or catch the shuttle to our newest models in Parkside West.

Lunch is on us (11 am – 2 pm)

Ruby Ru’s Street Eatery is known for their signature Bourbon Chicken, a zingy, crispy, caramelized delight served over rice. And the Ruby Ru’s food truck offers plenty of other delectables, too. And if we’ve gone a bit Cajun for the main course, we’re going south of the border for dessert with The Snowy Churro food truck, serving up a creative take on the light, airy goodness of the churro along with all sorts of frozen treats.

Did somebody say “prizes”?

At the end of the Picnic & Home Tour, we’ll be drawing for three prizes in the form of a $150, $250 and $500 Visa gift card. To enter, just tour at least one model home at each builder location then leave a business card with the attendant at the welcome tent. (Btw, you don’t need to be present at the drawing to win. If not present, winners will be emailed at the address on their business cards to arrange receipt. Gift cards are not exchangeable for cash or replaced if lost or stolen.)
