Parkside West is coming to life. Our newest village will feature new home choices — including all-new single-family homes with a modern urban vibe, charming townhomes and a built-for-rent neighborhood. This adds up to an even greater range of choices and new ways to live at Baseline.

Local builder, Berkeley Homes, is now selling and has recently opened their new models, marking a major milestone for our newest village. Stylish three-story single-family homes, featuring airy open designs and outdoor spaces like balconies and roof decks, ranging from 1,600 to 2,300 square feet are starting from the high $500s. Also Colorado based, Boulder Creek Neighborhoods is bringing an elegant architectural aesthetic to Baseline in spacious two- and three-story single-family plans. These smart, low-maintenance, energy-efficient homes will be offered from the $800s to over $1 million. Their model homes are almost finished and sales will begin in early 2024.

Dream Finders Homes, now selling in West Village, will expand their townhome offering to Parkside West next year.

Rounding out the Parkside West selection, built-to-rent townhomes at The Finley will satisfy anyone who isn’t ready to buy but whose lifestyle requires more space — both inside and out. The Finley will have its own exclusive amenities, including a clubhouse, pool, hot tub, fitness center, sport courts and picnic areas.
