We’re buzzing with excitement over our 5^th annual pollinator celebration. Formerly known as Honey Bee Day, this year’s festival has a new vibe, a new location and a new name.

Join us on Saturday, August 16, from 2 – 5 p.m., for the Bees & Blossoms Festival at The Big Green. Experience a summer picnic vibe with a refreshing new twist for grown-ups — our first-ever beer and mead garden. Proceeds support Denver Urban Gardens and their mission to grow community.

Center Street is being designed as Baseline’s town center. A walkable district taking shape in the coming years as a destination for entertainment, groceries, essential services, cafés, breweries, unique boutiques, health and fitness, home goods … as well as an innovative Adams 12 STEM school.

Rather than another industrial park, we’re creating a place for inspired invention and scientific discovery, by a park. Featuring elevated architecture, flexible building design and a range of outdoor amenities, Baseline’s Innovation District is built with both logistical and employee needs in mind. Offering your company room to think, innovate, experiment and grow.

Located on nine acres of the Innovation District in a park-like setting, Baseline’s build-to-suit Flex Industrial Complex has plenty of room to grow your business, with 152,000 square feet of space for lease.

The future multi-modal transit hub is planned to strengthen connections to Denver, Boulder, Brighton and points beyond, eventually bringing a variety of ways to get in and out of Baseline.

In addition to acres of natural and recreational green space, there are plans for miles of interconnecting trails and bike lanes that link to the greater regional trail system. This highly rated K-12 charter school offers students a chance to challenge themselves while establishing the foundation for lifelong learning. As a bonus, kids from Baseline can easily walk to class.

Planned with the help of over 500 different STEM companies, the Broomfield Library, and local businesses, this planned 1,800-student, K-12 school will offer students mentorship opportunities with STEM industry professionals, hands-on experience and industry credentials.
