Events and clubs make Baseline a community full of community

In the grand scheme of things, it’s relatively easy to build a collection of homes, parks, etc. and call it a community. What takes a bit more thought and a lot more heart is creating a true community — a place that draws people together and fosters a real sense of connection. Which is exactly what we’re doing in Baseline.

Big events for all

In Baseline, we have a great appreciation for the Colorado outdoors. So every year we host a handful of signature events that invite everyone to come out, enjoy the sunshine and fresh air, grab something tasty from the food trucks and maybe learn something new about our natural environment.

There’s our annual Take to the Trails celebration, for example. In honor of National Trails Day and Colorado Bike Month, we host a day of bike riding, bike decoration and bike education. As with most all our events, tasty local food is on the menu and the sounds of a fun local band fill the air. It’s a grand pedal-tastic time open to everyone.

Then later in the summer, we invite the public to join us for the Bees & Blossoms festival, a celebration of all things pollinator. Baseline is, after all, Colorado’s first pollinator district. So on a warm summer Saturday, we bring together bee experts, bee-inspired performances, bee-friendly products along with the good food and live music that are usually part of our events.

Resident events and clubs

The big parties like Take to the Trails and Bees & Blossoms are pretty spectacular. But you can make the case that Baseline’s community spirit is even more on display in all the smaller residents-only activities. Like the regular Yoga in the Park and Movie in the Park gatherings during the warmer months. Holiday celebrations like the Holly Jolly Parade. And events that wander all over the Baseline community, such as the Cinco de Mayo and Boo Bash porch parties and the Progressive Park Party.

And whether you’re into books or board games or wine or photography or travel or cooking, Baseline’s growing list of resident clubs will help you find your tribe.

Your home is your ticket

Baseline offers a variety of distinctive homes (see for yourself). But living in Baseline is more than just being in a nice home in a great location. It’s being part of something special: a living, breathing, fun-loving community. You are warmly invited.
